No, it does not cost anything to take a tour at Enclave at Breckenridge
We accept walk-ins, no appointment is necessary
Management can be reached from the first door on the left; and they are always open
You can apply for an apartment through the website
Applications take 24-72 hours to be approved
When signing a lease a security deposit and the first month of rent will be due.
We advise that you are prepared with questions, so the onsite staff can answer or ensure you get contact information for questions you forgot to ask or thought of.
Rent can be paid online or using WIPS
Online rent payments can be made through Rent Café
Monthly fees include a conservice fee; pest control fee; utilities; trash; pet fees where applicable
yes, renters insurance is required to live at the Enclave at Breckenridge
No utilities are included in your rent
All utilities are set up with us except electric, which will be set up through LG&E
You can choose any internet and cable provider; most residents use AT&T or Spectrum
Yes, we do offer a bonus if you were referred by a friend
Guests can stay up to 14 days; any longer would be a lease violation
No, only with a current leasing special
Yes, if you transfer from one apartment community to another, your security depost will transfer
No, we do not allow residents to sublet
If you have to break your lease, 2x the rent plus any concessions received will be due

Amenities
Some amenities offered at The Enclave at Breckenridge include a pool, dog park, playground, fitness center, grill station, and laundry facility
The pools and decks are available for use Memorial Day through Labor Day
Yes, parking is available on-site
3 bedrooms have washer/dryer hookups available in a hall closet; all other units have a w/d all-in-one located in either the kitchen behind a closed door or in the bathroom
Standard appliances at The Enclave at Breckenridge include a refrigerator, range, overhead microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer when applicable
No, we do not offer furnished apartments
Yes, packages delivered will be held at the leasing office
The fitness center is currently open during office hours (9a-6p M-F; 10a-5p Sat) this will change once we get our key fobs
In the gym, we have cardio equipment such as treadmills, exercise bikes, and elliptical machines as well as free weights, fitness mats, and fitness balls
Yes, our building has quiet hours from 10 PM-6 AM. There are no fees associated with using the communal spaces.

Yes, the Enclave at Breckenridge is pet-friendly
There is a $300 deposit per pet (limit 2) and a $30 monthly fee per pet (limit 2)
Yes please call our office for breed restrictions, there are no weight restrictions

Maintenance
Before you move into your apartment, our team would fix any issues, clean and or replace flooring, get it deep cleaned, and change the locks
Yes, all 3 maintenance techs live on site
If your unit is in need of repair, place a work order through rent café, call the office during office hours, or our on-call maintenance team
Maintenance issues are handled as reported, and our on-call maintenance team is available 24/7 for emergencies
No, your presence is not required for a service technician to complete work
If you happen to be locked out, we have on-call maintenance 24/7
Yes, you are allowed to decorate the apartments
